SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Any orders received after 12 noon on a Friday/over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday (not incl. Bank Holiday Mondays).

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the average weight and size of the items. We use Royal Mail standard services.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

* International orders may be subject to import fees. The recipient is responsible for these fees. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country being shipped to; payment of these will be necessary to release your order. Returns Policy

We offer FREE RETURNS within 30 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still in the original packaging. Pending product inspection we can then offer a full refund (excluding original carriage if applicable). 

As part of our 30 Day Guarantee you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To arrange the return of your order, please contact freedom@yugenexplore.com and ask for a RC (return code) prior to returning. 

As well as sending back an item we also require requests for item swaps and/or refunds to be sent to us via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/paypal (or original method of payment). The refund timescale will depend on your card issuer. 

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving your return.

Shipping is complimentary for an exchange and or in the event of faulty items.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items returned will be inspected upon receipt and any items deemed to subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In the event that we cannot offer you a replacement you will be given the choice of a full refund or a credit note to the value of your item, including postage.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet our terms will not be accepted.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at freedom@yugenexplore.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Upon cancellation of an order Yugen Explore will refund the total sum paid (including shipping) within 30 days of the date you notified us of the cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the above returns policy.
